A PRACTICAL WORKBOOK FOR AMATEUR AND PROFESSIONAL BOXERS

This workbook isn’t about pretending you’ll always feel fearless and ready to go. You won’t. I don’t either. Being mentally strong doesn’t mean never feeling nervous, tired, doubtful or scared. It means knowing how to respond when those feelings show up. These pages give you simple routines, exercises and tools you can practise in training, shape with your coach, and use when the pressure is real.
A glimpse inside the workbook
Worksheets to fill in, logs to use again and again, and the Fighter’s Code: short reminders for the big moments. Share the pages that matter with your coach, so your cue words and game plan match the work you’re actually doing.

Set your standards. Give training a purpose. Build confidence from the work you have actually done.

Take what works for you, practise it and make it your own. I don’t want you to finish this workbook thinking like me. I want you to finish it knowing how you think when things get hard, with your own words, your own routines, your own standards, your own plan for the moments when quitting would be easier than carrying on.
